just because people call them your staff, do not refer to them as your staff. do not de-humanise your staff who are firstly, human. with feelings and failings like any other human, just like you.
respect them.
and they will respect you back. and serve you well.
do not expect them to be robot-like, failure-free and work 24-hours everyday.
remember, you were once a staff, not too long ago. and you were far from perfect, yourself.
so why the attitude now?
why the fawning and eagerness to please others and to be everyone's popular mesra person?
wrong is wrong. but that does not give them the right to to insult, demean or step on their heads.
